1. Introduction

Welcome to c444gam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c444gam ("c444gam", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the c444gam website located at https://c444gam.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the c444gam platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the c444gam platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

3.1 Age Requirement

The c444gam platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited. c444gam employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds therein will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on c444gam. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, c444gam reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold any balances pending full investigation.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. c444gam will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

c444gam is operated and marketed primarily for English-speaking Pakistani players. Access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using c444gam is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. c444gam makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside those it explicitly serves.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444gam username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. c444gam will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify c444gam support immediately at [email protected]. c444gam will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of a verified report, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

c444gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by c444gam may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. c444gam reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rs 50 to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c444gam currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c444gam does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors, or cash transfers.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time following successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. c444gam does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the c444gam Account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before real-money withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• c444gam targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

c444gam operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. c444gam reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual. Deposits that cannot be attributed to a verifiable, legitimate source may be held pending investigation. c444gam will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to suspected money laundering activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentives offered by c444gam are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a c444gam Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is available). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

c444gam maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across markets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated play to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, c444gam reserves the right to void the bonus, void all winnings generated from the bonus, and permanently close all associated accounts.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically without notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles available on c444gam use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel. c444gam does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure, c444gam reserves the right to void any wagers affected by the malfunction and refund the wagered stakes to the Player's Account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. c444gam accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including Player-side internet connectivity issues.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. c444gam reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level limits where justified by risk management considerations.

8. Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on c444gam are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. c444gam reserves the right to reject any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are not binding on c444gam.

8.2 Odds and Market Settlements

Odds displayed on the c444gam sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. Markets are settled in accordance with official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute, c444gam's settlement decision is final.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 72 hours, insufficient participants, or where c444gam determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. c444gam's determination in these matters is final and binding.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444gam platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or Platform function.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining any associated winnings.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents during KYC.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your c444gam Account.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at c444gam staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

c444gam employs real-time monitoring and risk analysis tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, c444gam reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. In serious cases, c444gam may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the c444gam Platform, including but not limited to the c444gam logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of c444gam or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the c444gam Platform without express prior written consent from c444gam. Any unauthorised use of c444gam's intellectual property may result in account termination and potential legal action.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by c444gam is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, c444gam collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. c444gam does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

12. Responsible Gaming

c444gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Check: On-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity at intervals you define.

c444gam may, at its absolute discretion, impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, irrespective of whether the Player has requested such restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where significant increases in deposit frequency or volume are detected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444gam, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial losses.

c444gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit c444gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by c444gam's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c444gam makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your c444gam Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Termination by c444gam

c444gam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, persistent abusive behaviour towards staff, or at c444gam's reasonable discretion for any other legitimate business reason. Where termination follows confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any balance in the Account may be forfeited.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which c444gam holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and c444gam, you agree to first contact c444gam support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitral authority designated by c444gam's licensing jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

16. Amendments to These Terms

c444gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c444gam will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the c444gam Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
